Cox Security Package

Is the Cox Security Package included with the Cox High Speed Internet Service?  On the website, it looks like it is a free service.  However, when I look at the terms and conditions, it looks like I am giving McAfee the right to charge my credit card once annually for renewal.  I am confused.

    Cox Security Suite Plus Powered by McAfee® is free to Cox internet subscribers. Learn more at http://bit.ly/CSSPlusMcAfee. If you are installing through the Cox website, you aren't required to enter any credit card information. Follow the steps at http://bit.ly/InstallCoxSecuritySuite to activate and install Cox Security Suite Plus. You'll start by going to www.cox.com/securitysuite, clicking on "Access Security Suite Plus", and then signing in with your Cox Primary User ID and password. Please let us know if you are able to install the software successfully!
