Cox problems

I've been with Cox for about 25 years. Recently Cox made a change which makes it impossible to use "enhanced web mail".Has anyone else experienced this problem? I am seriously considering changing ISP's. Also we moved recently and when they installed my security system they didn't install any motion or other systems.

Their are better pricing options out there and am seriously considering changing all my services from Coc. Has anyone else had these kinds of problems?

    We are working with a completely email platform now and enhanced webmail isn't an option. I do apologize for the inconvenience. Can you tell me if you were able to speak to anyone regarding the security system install? Were they able to resolve the problem for you? It doesn't make any sense to install a security system that doesn't have motion detectors or cameras.
