Cox On Screen TV Guide
I have 2 Scientific Atlanta DVR/cable boxes. Two days ago, the on screen program guide for BOTH stopped displaying upcoming programs - starting Monday. "No data" is displayed on both boxes. Current programs thru Sunday are fine. No other TV functions impacted. Unplugged/plugged box; no joy. Ran a signal thru via Cox website: no luck. Cox rep (via chat) did same; no go. Rep seemed to believe it is a box problem: but BOTH boxes? Something they have in common? Again; only function affected is TV guide. Have a Cox tech coming in a few days but wanted to see if anyone had any ideas.
