Cox On Demand on Tivo

Hello,

I'm in San Diego and I have an issue with Cox on Demand on my Tivo Roamio. The option to access on demand does not show for me. I spoke with someone on chat and they created ticket CUI000004704761 for me over a week ago but it still does not show up. I have forced multiple connections to tivo, rebooted the tivo and tuning adapter and repeated guided setup. Can one of the moderators please help me with this issue?

    is the cox ondemand option checked  in the video providers area?  press the TiVo button on the remote then choose find tv, movies and videos go to the bottom of that menu were it says add and manage video apps is cox on demand listed and checked?   also do you have cox internet?
