Cox on Demand not showing up on Tivo

Cox on Demand has never shown up on my Tivo. I'm in San Diego which is not listed on the available market list, but multiple people on the Tivo forums in San Diego say they receive it. I have preferred internet through Cox and a cable card. It doesn't show up in "My Video Providers". I'm pretty tech savvy... Am I missing something? Help!

    Hi Codeman125,

    Cox On Demand for TiVo is available to customers who have a TiVo BOLT, TiVo Premier, TiVo Roamio, or TiVo mini IP and subscribe to Cox TV Economy, Advanced TV, or higher TV package and Cox Essential (or higher) for internet service. If you meet these requirements, it's possible that the issue is on our side. So that I can check your account setup, please email my team at cox.help@cox.com with your full name, address, Cox PIN, and a link to this thread. I'll get to the bottom of this for you!

    I also can not access on demand on my bolt and yes i have internet and 160 channels

    do you have it checked in the video providers area?

    Hi Ptluzzi,

    I think I may have resolved this for you! Reboot the tuning adapter, and then run the TiVo Guided Setup. After the setup has been completed, see if the Cox On Demand content has loaded for you. Please let us know!
