COX is continuously marketing with popups on your service. I've contacted you before about this and you deny this. It needs to stop! See attached!

Cox does not use popup windows to market our service. We do, however, use popups to alert our customers to malware or the need to upgrade equipment. What kind of popups are you seeing?

What kind of file did you try to include with your post? Your "attachment"failed to post correctly. Try to insert your attachment as a table or image file.
