Cox Email

I cannot send out any of my cox email. Running latest OS X on a MacBook Pro. What should the settings be? I can log into Cox website with my password but mail app does not recognize my user name or password. Please reply to retiredbowks@gmail.com

    The first thing I'd try to see if it helps is logging into your http://www.cox.com account and resetting your password. This causes your password to re-sync across all of our platforms in the event that something went wrong there.
