Cox email server is SLOW!

I just sent myself 2 e-mail messages and it's already 10 minutes and I still haven't seen both in my e-mail inbox.

    IMAP or POP?

    What time frame is set for checking messages?

    Have you checked webmail.cox.net?

    Cox email is a joke. Slow, not secure, and now used by spammers more then Hotmail and Yahoo put together. Try gmail.
