Cox email not saving sent message copy
My Cox email is not making a copy of each outgoing message.
I can not find anywhere to make it happen.

Are you using webmail or a client like Outlook? If classic webmail, under Settings click Preferences. Make sure "By default, save a copy in Sent Mail folder" is checked.
