Moved Contour receiver box to a new TV and now it will not work
The box boots and fails with error code: ia09

Hi ghennings,
That error code indicates the receiver is not getting a signal. Did you by chance switch outlets in addition to the TV? Try checking the connections from the wall to the box to ensure the line from the wall goes to the cable in port on the back of the box. Let us know the results.
