Cox Communications Telephone Service

Dear Madam or Sir:

I hope you are doing well today. Our telephone system stopped working today, where the local PBX is offline. This problem occurred about a week ago, as well. We have functioning electricity, Cox Communications internet, and Cox Communications cable services. Do you know if it would be possible for Cox Communications to negotiate with AT&T to maintain functionality of our local PBX in order to maintain telephone services?
