Cox Chat Complaint Location?

Hope someone can help. I recently tried to use the Cox chat to find out some basic information and the chat was poorly handled. I have saved the conversation and emailed it to myself. Where can I send this chat? As I want to ensure that this customer service person (Mike) can get retrained on handling future questions similar to my own and reduce time for both the company and cox customers? 

Basically, where can I send a Cox chat for Q&A purposes and retraining?
