Cox channels not coming through!

Good afternoon! I have been receiving error messages a lot lately when I try to tune in to a channel... it will act as if it is loading the channel but then I get the "sorry, but we are having some issues at the moment" message  on my tv. Any ideas?

    Hi, I'd like to help with the issues you're having. Does this happen on more than one TV? Have you reset your cable box to see if that would help? We can check the signal levels, please email us your account information. Send to cox.help@cox.com, also include a link to this forum post.
