Cox can't produce my Call History due to technical difficulties
Used the Chat Box to present my issue. The customer service person checked for phone issues in my area. He said that there has been issues but all had been fixed. (time frame unknown).
So I'm still trying to get my Phone Call History - just want the last 7 days - but I keep getting the message that Cox can't do it because of "technical difficulties".
Cox tells the Chat Rep that the phone issues are fixed, but Cox tells the customer the phone issues are not fixed.
So now what?
