Depends on what browser you are using. In general, the home page setting is in the options or settings menu under general.

- To change the home page in Internet Explorer you would want to go to the page you want to change it to and once it is loaded.
Once the page you want to set as the home page is open go under the Tools menu at the top of the screen (Or gear icon if you do not see the menus) and go under internet options in the menu.
From there you will see a Home page field at the top of the Internet options pop up that will give you a button for Use Current, clicking that and hitting apply at the the bottom will save it for any future times you open Internet Explorer.
