Cox Accounting Invoice via Docu-sign

In the past week I've gotten a few e-mails from various unknown individuals with the message that there is an accounting invoice from my cox account to open and sign via Docu-sign. Is this just a recent scam or is it legit? I've just been deleting the messages.
