Cox ** and they are over priced.

All my shows recorded this week were either in Spanish or with no audio. How is this possible?

    You've got the SAP turned on. Please go to the Audio & Video settings for the cable box using the Cox remote control. Select Audio and that's where you will see the SAP settings. Make sure that it's in the off position. Please reach back out here if you have any trouble getting to those settings.
