Contour Voice remote Part II

Just submitted a question regarding the non-operation of my Contour 2 Mini Box voice remote. Should have added that the Cox technician set up both remotes to work with the TV's and boxes. No idea, really how he did that. I haven't used the voice remote for awhile but when i tried today on the mini box, keep getting "press again" indication. Main box works fine. Have not changed any settings on remote/box/TV.
