Contour understands me correctly but doesn't find anything

When I use voice control to look for something like "abc", "nbc", "espn" or "good morning america" etc, it shows me what I asked for correctly on the screen but display "not found" message. So it hears me correctly, but can't find anything. Any idea how to fix this?

    Have you completed any trouble shooting steps already? If not, I suggest power cycling the receiver and removing the batteries from the remote and putting them back in.
