contour tv pausing

for the last couple of days our contour tv is pausing for about 2 seconds a couple times a minute.  i have tried using the online reset and it hasn't shown any improvement.  i unplugged the contour box for approximately 5 minutes and that hasn't helped either.  i have 2 contour boxes and only one of the is doing it.  the contour box that is acting up is the main use box.  is there anything else i can do on my end or do i need more technical support?
