Contour TV online controls

Some of the controls do not work for me on the contour video player online. In particular, the controls for fast forwarding and rewind do not work. This is most unfortunate and frustrating since those are the ones that are most useful/ necessary. The shortcuts work for some of the controls (e.g., 'M' mutes the sound), but none of the arrow related shortcuts work, so  I cannot change the time or the volume. And the worst part is that I cannot even fast forward or rewind manually (i.e., not using the shortcuts) either!

I have tried using Chrome as well as Safari (with newly installed Adobe), so it seems to me the problem is with the player itself.
