Contour says I'm not at home

I have noticed that Contour is not reliable late at night. It is 12:40am and it says I am not on my home wifi. That has happened before a few times, and I just turn on the tv and when I try contour in the am it works. Right now, I have the app set to not use cellular, I do not have any other networks around me, my ip is cox, my ip on my phone matches my plugged in mac. I have signed out of the app and back in, turned wireless on and off, rejoined the network etc.  contour is great, but not if it doesn't work when you need it to.  Also, this forum does not fit on a phone.

    Are you able to log into the Cox Website without any problems? I want to make sure that you've got the correct user name and password. Can you tell me if you're trying to use the app with your iPhone or on your Mac?

    Yes, I can log into the Cox site.  The night I posted that it says I was not home, then at 6 am I picked the phone back up and tried to play any channel again and it worked fine, and I did not change anything. As mentioned, that has happend many times before too.

    I am using an iPhone with the Contour App. I am certain it is not my account, wifi network. From all my previous tests, the COX function that detects f I am home or not has issues.

    Are any other devices not able to connect to your home network during the late evening hours? I'm wondering if something may be going on with your wireless network during those hours.

    You were right, my apologies. Turns out my router has wireless disabled during certain days overnight hours.
