Contour: Recording a program in progress

Thank you for contacting us.  Currently our Contour 2 product does not have the ability to record the entire show once it has begun.  You can only start recording at the time the record button is pressed.  We have been contacted before, as you mentioned about this feature.  It is with the hands of our development team, and hope that one day it can be implemented into the format.
