Contour Problem

Contour doesn't recognize that I'm in my house, won't let me watch TV

    Hi Pgstier,

    Are you trying to watch TV on a mobile device or a television? What error number or error message are you getting?

    I'm having the same issue. Doesn't work on my android table or desktop computer.

    Hello Pgstier and GPW,

    Could you disconnect the power from your cable modem and router for a couple of minutes.  Then, reconnect the modem power first and wait for the modem to reboot.  Next, reconnect the power to your wireless router.  Please try the Contour app again. Let us know if you continue to receive the out of home error message.
