Contour live programming issues

Is anyone having issues not being able to view live programming on their iPad after the last IOS update, 10.3.2? I can view ON DEMAND but when I try viewing live programming, I get a message telling me to remove my filters. I'm not using any filters. This problem seemed to start just after I downloaded IOS 10.3.2

    Have you tried reinstalling the app after the IOS upgrade?

    Hi Allen. I have multiple times.  It's funny, the first time I loaded the app it did not have the option to log in as UNIVERSITY SIGN IN.

    Are you using the university sign-in option, or the standard sign-in box? What University do you attend?

    I'm using the standard sign in. I'm not a student.

    I have sent the information you require. Also, if you look at the reviews regarding your app, it seem many more people are experiencing the same issue. Thank you for the help!
