Contour II dropping on demand program I'm viewing, and reverting back to last channel watched.

I just had my contour I boxes replaced with the newer contour II and when I watch on demand...The show I'm viewing suddenly drops and it reverts back to last channel watched. The remote is not being touched. This happened 4 times in a 2 hour show. what's up and why is this happening? It's acting like I have hit the LAST button on the remote (but the remote is not being held or moved) I then have to hit the LAST button to take me back to the show I was originally viewing on demand. Had my old contours not been failing I would be begging for them back.

    Hi Alex3333,

    Is the issue happening with all your Contour 2 boxes or just one particular box?

    I have not tried watching a 2 hour show on all the boxes yet. The boxes were just installed and currently it is a box in the master bedroom. I have a master and 2 secondary countour II boxes.

    So far... have only noticed it on (on demand) but other channels could be dropping too.

    I have a Contour 2 box and the same thing happened to me yesterday.  I was watching Friday's episode of Hawaii five-o, and it just suddenly stopped and reverted to the prior channel I was watching.  Had to hit the Last button and went right back to the on demand episode just fine.
