Contour error codes

I recently set up my contour receiver and most of my channels are fine but a few are giving me XRE error 03056 and/or XRE 03062. Is there a fix for this or will it require in-home tech support?

    If the XRE error is still there, please share the group of channels. Is there a splitter or signal amplifier attached to the coaxial cable between the receiver and the wall? If there's a splitter, please unplug the power to the receiver and reconnect the coaxial cable without the splitter. Plug in the power to the receiver, and allow the reset to complete.
