I was previous told by a forum moderator:
"Right now the Contour app is compatible with Apple, Android and PC/MAC devices." However, I just received a new MAC for work and the app isn't listed. When I go to Cox's page that should link me to the app, there's no option to download. The App Store says the "Cox Contour app cannot be found."

Thank you for this. Just wish there were an actual app for my laptop since there is one for my iPhone. I guess this will have to do for now.
When I try to watch something, it says it's only available in-home, which I am. The customer service representative that signed me up for the streaming service said I'd be able to use it on any device but so far only my iphone works and I can't watch full length things on there. Anyone have any better solutions? At this rate, it'll be cheaper to cancel and sign up for hulu.
