Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it to see if that helps?

Yes, I've done it a couple of times. I guess I'm the only one with a problem.

Hello LisaR ,
Please ensure the Contour app and your iPad have all updates completed on them. Sometimes if an update to the app or the iPad itself haven't been completed it can cause issues with certain apps.
