contour app does not connect through Chrome on Win 7

When I go to https://watchtv.cox.com/ I get a time out before going to websiite.  I am using Win 7 but have had success using android and Win 10. I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem and what can I do to access the contour app?  I subscribe to the cox flex streaming.

    Windows 7 should work with contour 2 app. What browsers are you using? Please check link http://bit.ly/2dnFKVD if using IE make sure it's IE11 or higher.
