Contour 2 unable to sign in/set up

New user of the app. Successfully set up on PC for contour streaming. But cell phone will not. I get the contour splash screen, enter cox ID/PW (same one used to set up PC streaming), it seems to accept the entry, and calls up a cox log-in screen (https://idm.east.cox.net) which asks for the same ID/PW info. I make the input, press "continue" and it erases my entries. I have repeated this many times -- no change. I have reset my cox password (but used the same password). I have deleted the app from my cell phone and reinstalled. All to no avail. Phone is a Motorola Turbo (Android 5.1) Several calls to cox "help" line with no clue as to how to proceed. There is a vague message about being locked out due to multiple errant entries -- but no clue as to how to fix that. And, to my knowledge, none of the entries were in error. Any assistance appreciated.

    Problem solved: Seems like a Chrome issue. I went to Chrome/settings/site settings; turned on cookies, and turned off "allow third party cookies" Went back to contour 2 and it loaded/booted as it should have. There's also a step to "clear cookies" which I used, but can't find the exact line entry for that. anyway, up and working now.
