Contour 2 Secondary (Bedroom) Box with Audio Out

Just switched to Contour 2 from Contour 1. Surprised that the secondary box for the bedroom no longer has any audio out connectors (I have a stereo in the bedroom). I can purchase an HDMI splitter/audio extractor to solve the problem, but wondering (a) why the audio out was removed, and (b) is there an alternate box with audio out that will talk to the main DVR box?

    Hello,

    The audio outputs was an upgrade on the Contour 2 platform.  The client boxes on Contour 1 boxes do not have these outputs on them.  If needed the HDMI audio extractor cable will work.
