contour 2 problem receive channels

I am unable to receive channels in my Movie package. I get the base channels like HBO 1, Cinemax 1, and the others not working, also all my Variety Pak channels now working. I was told I was a software problem with the contour 2 and stared about 10 days ago. When will this be fix?

    What happens when you tune to those channels? Are you getting any error messages?

    I get a black box saying Sorry, we’re having some trouble Channel HBO2 1301 is not available. Please select another channel to watch now try this one again later and it go back goes back to the previous channel.
