Contour 2 not functioning at all for months now

 Ever since it was released, it hasnt worked. It looks like it is loading once you select a program to watch and then it comes back with a error that Contour has stopped. Same issue over and over no matter how many attempts. The original app worked just fine on our tablet and then when Contour 2 was forced on us, meaning we had no option but to use it since the previous was disabled, the new one has never worked at all. 

Got on chat one afternoon, explained everything that was happening and they couldnt help. Several times I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled but the same thing happens. Wonderfiul replacement app that doesnt function.

    Let me see what I can do to help. What make and model of tablet are you using? Please also include the operating system version on the device.

    Thank you, its a Samsung Tablet Model GT-P5210. Android version 4.4.2

    Please see if you are able to log into Watch Contour on our website. Let me know if you get the same error.

    Stephanie, thank you and sorry to sound so harsh but it would really help to explain what you mean by that and where to go exactly. I looked online and I dont know that I am seeing where I can go to watch Contour online. I only see the app, I dont see anything about online. Possibly you could provide a link?

    Thank you so I tried that on my business laptop while I was trying it on the Samsung tablet. It worked on my laptop but on the tablet, same situation as always, Contour has Stopped with no other information nor error code provided. I removed the app so I could be sure it would run off the url instead of the app but unfortunately when on the tablet, when I try to access via the url, when it gets to the part where it says "watch now" when I click on that, it goes to a page that says launch app and since I un-installed the app, it requires me to reinstall the app as the only option. On my PC-laptop, it doesnt require that option and when I click watch now, runs directly from the URL. 

    We had the previous Cox app and it worked great, then when Contour 2 came out, it hasnt worked at all.

    Are you having problems with any other apps? Have all operating system updates been installed? I've sent some information through that may have helped. Please reinstall the Contour app and try again.

    All apps are working except yours. I have auto updates on and the tablet was last updated today. It has full bandwidth and it has full power. It loads the  guide and shows the channels but I select a channel or move or anything, it opens the screen that says "watch" I select watch, it thinks and then pops up the same error, Unfortunately, Contour 2 has stopped. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app at least 10 times now but I did it again today after your message and the same results again.
