Contour 2 missing channels in Pensacola FL

Hello, 

I just signed up for the GOLD bundle (TV, Internet, Home Life) about 3 weeks ago and still missing a large percentage of channels. I'm in contact with the local technicians and they are working on a "software" fix I'm being told. I did not see any other post concerning this problem so I wanted to start one. 

A workaround for some (not all) of the HD channels that are not working is to try the standard def channel. 

I'm being told that this is only affecting new Contour 2 customers.

They have offered me a $100 credit so far.
