Contour 2 Caller ID time displayed on screen

The caller ID Contour 2 displays on screen does not state remain on screen very long. On the older contour there was a setting  for 10 seconds, 30 seconds etc. How can i change this?  Contour 2 seems a step backwards to me. Menus are slower, organization of the menu structure is confusing, frequently used items are buried deep in the menu structure. 

Anyine know How to make caller ID stay  on screen longer?

    Hi Frank,

    Currently, changing the banner duration or position is not available for Contour 2.
