Contour 2 and home network

Recently  moved and trying to use contour 2 app on a iPad mini It says I am not on my home network but network is working correctly. Did try to reinstall app with no change.

    Hi,

    We can verify that you're using your home IP address; on your iPad mini open up Safari and go to whatismyip.com and provide us with that information. We will also need the name, address, and Primary username on the account so we can troubleshoot this issue for you. Email us at cox.help@cox.com, we'll investigate this for you.
