Contour 2 and Harmony Elite

I have read the various responses to this question and have used the "bypass" solution which works-sort of---several of the harmony buttons don't do what they should (like page down/up).

Is Cox working on a solution so that the Harmony elite will work properly?

    We are not able to work on another manufacturer's remote. Harmony will have to program their remote to work with our service. I will leave this thread open for others to help. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
