Contour 2 - DVR Recordings Disappeared and can no longer record?

Hello, I had about 30 or 40 movies saved on my DVR. I go to turn it on for my daughter and when I hit Contour, go to saved, I no longer see the option for recordings. So weird. I also cannot record anything. When I tap the record button to record a show, nothing pops up and nothing happens. Any advice?

    First, try unplugging the power cord on the cable box for 10 seconds.

    Thanks for the response. Called support, restarted several times. Left the power cable out overnight. Nothing working.

    It seems as if the DVR software is no longer available on my box. It doesn't give me any options about recordings anywhere.

    To add, the application on my phone does not show recordedor allow me to record. It's like I don't have the DVR service

    Thanks for the response. I just sent an email. It's almost as if the DVR codes have been removed from my box so that I could not use the service.
