Constant Reboot Of Contour DVR ??

How many of you are having issues with constantly having to reboot your Contour DVR? Mine requires almost daily rebooting. So much so, I've installed the plug into one of those 6 outlet strips with a switch, so I don't have to constantly keep unplugging the thing. Sometimes the picture won't even come up. Other times the guide is so slow it's unusable, or flat out won't work at all. And usually it won't change channels. After I reboot it, everything is fine. I have the Mini Box on our TV in the bedroom, and it does not require this constant rebooting. It can usually go a couple of weeks without a reboot on it. I know there is nothing wrong with my lines, because when it works, it really works well. It just keeps hanging up when I first turn on the TV, then after a reboot it's fine. I used to have TIVO. And it only required a reboot about every 2 months or so. And it didn't go out. It would just occasionally have the picture freeze up. After a reboot everything was good to go for at least 2, sometimes 3 months. I've heard the software in these Contour units is "buggy" as ***. And that they're working feverishly trying to fix it. So I know I'm not the only one this is happening to. I've heard it's a nationwide issue. I'm just wondering how many of you are faced with the same problem?
