Constant Drops - Connection Issues

I have been experiencing serious connection issues for the past 4 days. The internet connection is down more often than it is up. I called tech support and was told there were numerous errors coming from the node that typically indicate a problem at the node. A tech dispatch was scheduled. The soonest available was 3 days later. I called back a day later to see if an earlier appointment was available and was told my internet was down due to a hub outage (an entirely different reason). I then got online and opened a chat with another technical support person and was given yet a third excuse for my service being out. Three different contact attempts and three different reasons for my service being out.

I have connected the modem directly to the computer to eliminate any WIFI issues. This has not changed the issue. I have connected the modem directly to the demarcation point at my utility box. This has not changed the issue. 

I am attaching my signal levels in the hopes that something can be done. If needed, I can post the error logs as well.

    From this end all looks well up to the modem itself. If may be worth trying to connect a different PC directly to the modem and see if that matters. Otherwise having a tech come back out is probably best.
