Constant couldn't sign in notifications on Android

Ever since the webmail update i am getting several notifications when using two different Android devices stating 'Couldn't sign in'. It seems to fix itself after a few minutes but is annoying since the notification looks like a new email. Both devices are set to sync every 15 minutes. The tablet is 95% of the time on Cox WiFi and 5% on AT&T cellular. The phone is on AT&T cellular about 40% of the time and Cox WiFi about 60% of the time. I can log into the website immediately after getting this message. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

    Are you still experiencing the issue with your email?  If so, if I may ask, did you recently change your password?
