Connectivity problem after rain
I am in Irvine, California, and after a rainstorm, I am getting 8 mbps download(upload normal) and getting some unlocked channels, very poor snr(30) and millions of uncorrectables after 5 minutes.

We promise all our cables are flooded*.
*Flooded coaxial cables use a water blocking gel to protect the cable from water infiltration through minor cuts in the jacket.
It's a flooded cable terminal problem, cox is repairing it.
