Connect2Compete isn't something you can switch to... it has a very specific set of requirements, one of them is that you cannot have had any Cox internet service in the last 90 days.

As far as caps, yes that package would have the same 1 TB monthly data cap that all speed tiers (except Gigablast) now carry.
