CLOSED CAPTION MYSTERY

Every so often, closed caption randomly appears. Usually when adjusting volume. When I go into the setting, it shows that the CC option is "ON."  I then turn it off and it is OK until it mysteriously reappears again.  Is there some hidden option that I'm unaware of that could be causing this to happen? It is not a big problem, but it is annoying.

    I can't say how the feature is turning on but I can tell you how to get to the CC option without having to navigate through the menu. You can hit the down arrow and you will see the CC selection. I hope this helps.

    Any update to enabling the CC button on the remote for Rovi?
