Classic Arts Program
Sometimes the Classic Arts program that FCPS (our local public access channel) airs each weekend and after 10 pm on weekdays) broadcasts the sound but no picture. What gives, Cox? This is very frustrating.

Are you referring to a show that airs on channel 21 (FCPS Red Apple 21), or one of the other public access channels? Please provide the channel number so we can further investigate this for you.
