Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client Ver: 3.1.01065

For the last couple of weeks, I have noticed that my work VPN Client has been dropping and re-connecting. This happens every 7 minutes or so like clock work. It does not matter if the laptop is connected via wire or wireless. I have a Cisco DPC3825 router/modem. When I connect to my mobile hotspot via my cell phone - no problems. I ran a speed test which came back at 56 mbps down and 6.3 mbps up, and no other issues with normal internet that I am aware of. My company help(less) desk said that there is nothing they can do. Anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this as it have been working fine for years until now.

What is the MTU set to? See here and here for more info.

Also, do you know what port they are using? 443 or 4433?

Your work's IT should be able to help with that. TBO, they should be helping with all of this. Unless they are telling you ask your ISP something or to do something, I don't see how they can help. Need to know how the VPN works to configure the gateway for it. My guess is something happening with the UDP transaction between the client and VPN server when negotiating to DTLS tunnel. What do the Anyconnect logs say?

Do any of your devices experience internet connectivity issues when not using the VPN?
