Charged for 2 miniboxes I don't own!

I checked my bill about 3 months ago and saw I was being charged for two miniboxes that I don't even own, I want to a local Cox store and they said they would look and call me back, but I still get the charges and he is yet to call me or 3 months! I can't keep getting these charges for two stupid boxes I don't have, what do I do???
