channels

please check my record and you will find multiple calls about channels that I pay for and can not get on a regular bases......I am fed up with the resolution that cox as tries to correct..................such as coming tot he house and spending several hours changing and connecting the cable to the tv and nothing has worked.............even connecting a single cable from the terminal directly to the tv..................having the office reboot the system...............reboot the system while in my house..........so for the past thirty days I have not had the following channels to view which I pay for..........1067, 1068, 1084, 1100, 1101, 1102, 1104, 1108, 1252, 1254, 1256, 1260..............this problem will not be solved by sending a tech out to the house...........because cox has done this several times........................I have called several times and the solution over the phone is to reboot each time...............well I reboot my self two or three times a day and it does not resolve the problem.............if there was a different tv service available I would try them..................I am almost sure that this contact will help m problem but I tried......................

    We appreciate the opportunity to offer assistance, but we had to edit your post for your privacy. It is possible there could have been an outage at one point causing the loss in picture, but if these channels are still missing or giving you an error message, then we will need to troubleshoot further. If not resolved after troubleshooting, we can follow-up with a field service appointment.

    Is there a splitter attached to the coax between the wall and the receiver with the missing channels, or is it a direct line from the wall to the receiver?
