Channels not loading

Both the HD and the SD channels are not loading or intermittently loading. Especially frustrating with the NBC channels during this Olympics. SD Channels 31, 37, 38, 39, 40, 42, 50, 57 Error Code 3.1.3.0 HD Channels 1042, 1065. Error code 3.1.1.1 7 or 8 calls to service for resets and no luck. Last call was for on-site service tech. Service tech out yesterday changed all the external line equipment and a new HD box. Didn't fix the issues. I was told just to watch the HD channels. Now they are effected. I'm now watching the Olympics via my iPad and Apple TV using the NBC App and

    Doesn't seem to be anyone available who can address this problem. I subsequently used the online option to send a refresh signal to my cable box. No improvement. No one should be placed in the position of canceling w/o any efforts by the "24/7" support to resolve this. But that is what I'm facing. Twice in 2 days we were interrupted by an intermittent signal strength during the Rio Olympics. Once during the Sweden v USA Women's soccer penalty shootout, and again during the Argentina v Spain Men's Field Hockey penalty shot at the end of the match. Not what I signed up for. While I'm not trying to be unfair, I don't see how this can get resolved when there is no further response after 8 or 10 attempts including a field service technician. I'll check with the neighbors who all seem to have some sort of satellite dish on their roofs.......

    I apologize for the delayed response. What steps have you already taken to get this resolved? Are you having issues on all TVs?
